Power plugs
110/220 V, 60 Hz. Thin two-pin plugs (chargers, the Europlug) fit; a thick earthed plug (a hairdryer, a laptop's) does not: take an adapter for those. The voltage is lower than at home: chargers for phones and laptops (100-240 V) work, but a hairdryer or straightener made for 230 V only does not.
